About the Brewery
Tuatara began as a backyard operation in the hills above Waikanae in the greater Wellington region of New Zealand. Several years on, with significant growth in the NZ craft industry and two NZ Champion Brewery wins, the Brewery promise to create memorable and uniquely Aotearoa beer experiences. With the increased use of NZ grown ingredients, the taste and aroma profiles have led to core styles evolving from traditional to distinctively Kiwi beers.
